Study Therapist is a service provided by StudyFetch, LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the Study Therapist mobile application ("App"), you agree to:

Your account is managed by StudyFetch, LLC, while conversation processing is handled by Hume AI. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Therapist Legal Disclaimer, which clearly states that this is not a substitute for professional mental health services and should not be used as such.

2. Use of Service

This App is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must immediately stop using this App.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or bypass any security features of the App
• You are responsible for all data charges incurred while using the App

3. Mobile App Specific Terms

• The App is available on iOS through the Apple App Store
• Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with your device's operating system
• We may collect device-specific information to improve the App's performance
• Push notifications are optional and can be managed through your device settings
• The App requires an active internet connection to function properly

4. Hume AI Integration

5. AI Assistance Disclaimer

Study Therapist is an AI-powered study assistance tool and should not be considered a replacement for professional mental health services or academic counseling. The AI responses are generated through machine learning and should be used for general guidance only.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by StudyFetch, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall StudyFetch, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
